Virginia (Jina) Ford
Jina has been working as a mediator since she trained in New York State in1988. She founded Berkshire Mediation Services in 1989, and began working full time as the first Director in 1996. She has participated in over thirteen training opportunities, and has led up to four trainings a year since 1994. "I love the way mediation brings people together. I am also fascinated during training as our students 'get it' and begin to show real understanding for the process."

Marygrace Brown
Marygrace completed Basic Training with Berkshire Mediation Services in1999. She has pursued advanced training in Divorce Mediation, Parent/Child mediation, Permanency mediation and Small Claims mediation. She has participated as a trainer with students. She is currently working with Court Coordinator for the North Berkshire District Court. She brings great sensitivity and caring to her work as a mediator.

Judith Machanik
Judy completed mediation training with Mediation Works, Inc., (Boston) as well as advanced training in CHINS Mediation, Arbitration, Elder Care Mediation, and Divorce Mediation training. In addition to her private practice, Judy is the Court Coordinator in the Southern Berkshire District Court for Berkshire Mediation Services, Inc., mediating and mentoring new mediators.
